Welcome to Pisits Mobile Drug Testing LLC. Our mission is to provide professional, confidential, and compliant specimen collection and testing support services. These policies explain our procedures regarding appointments, payments, cancellations, privacy, travel fees, testing services, and other important information.

Refund Policy

Pisits Mobile Drug Testing LLC provides professional mobile collection and testing services. Due to the scheduling, travel, staffing, and regulatory requirements involved in our services, refunds are subject to the following conditions.

Eligible Refunds

A full refund may be issued when:

  • Pisits Mobile Drug Testing LLC cancels an appointment and cannot reschedule within a reasonable timeframe.
  • A payment was processed in error or duplicated.
  • Services cannot be provided due to circumstances solely caused by Pisits Mobile Drug Testing LLC.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued when:

  • Travel has already occurred but testing cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Supplies or administrative services have already been provided.

Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed specimen collections
  • DOT collections
  • Non-DOT collections
  • DNA collections
  • Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT)
  • Mobile service/travel fees once travel has begun
  • Laboratory fees once specimens have been submitted
  • Court-ordered testing services
  • Missed appointments without proper notice

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Privacy Policy

Pisits Mobile Drug Testing LLC is committed to protecting client privacy.

We collect only information necessary to provide testing services and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Information may include:

  • Name
  • Date of birth
  • Government-issued identification
  • Contact information
  • Employer information
  • Collection documentation
  • Chain of Custody Forms
  • Testing records
  • Billing information

Information Sharing

We only disclose information:

  • To authorized laboratories
  • To Medical Review Officers (MROs)
  • To employers authorized to receive results
  • To courts when legally required
  • To government agencies as required by law
  • With the client's written authorization

We do not sell or rent personal information.

Security

Records are maintained using reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect confidential information.

Cancellation & No- Show Policy

To provide timely service to all clients, we require advance notice for cancellations.

Individual Clients

Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled without penalty.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Employer & Corporate Clients

Employers requiring multiple collections should provide as much notice as possible for cancellations.

No-Shows

A client is considered a no-show when:

  • They fail to appear at the scheduled appointment.
  • They refuse testing after arrival.
  • Required identification cannot be produced.
  • They cannot provide a specimen after the collection process has begun and applicable procedures have been followed.

No-show appointments WILL be charged the full service fee plus applicable travel charges.

Testing Confidentiality

All specimen collections are handled in accordance with applicable confidentiality requirements.

For DOT-regulated testing, Pisits Mobile Drug Testing LLC follows applicable provisions of:

  • 49 CFR Part 40
  • Applicable DOT agency regulations
  • Laboratory chain-of-custody requirements

Only authorized parties may receive test information.

Inconclusive/ Invalid/ Insufficient Specimen Policy

Certain testing situations may result in an inconclusive outcome.

These include but are not limited to:

  • Insufficient DNA sample
  • Contaminated specimen
  • Laboratory determination of invalid specimen
  • Quantity Not Sufficient (QNS)
  • Laboratory rejection
  • Unsatisfactory collection

When this occurs:

  • Clients may be required to submit a new specimen.
  • Additional collection fees may apply.
  • Laboratory fees may also apply if required.
  • Refunds are generally not issued for inconclusive results caused by specimen quality or factors outside our control.

Final testing determinations are made by the testing laboratory and, when applicable, the Medical Review Officer.

Mileage & Mobile Service Policy

Pisits Mobile Drug Testing LLC provides mobile testing services throughout our service area.

Standard Travel

Mobile services include travel within our standard service area.

Additional Mileage

Appointments outside our standard service area may incur:

  • Mileage charges
  • Extended travel fees
  • After-hours service fees
  • Weekend or holiday service fees

Travel charges will be disclosed before appointment confirmation whenever possible.

If travel has begun prior to cancellation, travel fees are non-refundable.

Testing Policy

Pisits Mobile Drug Testing LLC provides professional collection services for:

  • DOT Urine Drug Testing
  • Non-DOT Drug Testing
  • Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT)
  • Court-Ordered DNA Collection
  • Legal DNA Collection
  • Personal DNA Collection
  • Pet DNA Collection
  • Field Inspection Services

Identification

Clients must present valid government-issued photo identification before testing.

Acceptable identification includes:

  • Driver's License
  • State ID
  • Passport
  • Military ID
  • Other government-issued photo identification

Failure to provide valid identification may result in cancellation of services.

Collection Procedures

Collections are performed according to:

  • DOT regulations (when applicable)
  • Laboratory protocols
  • Chain of Custody requirements
  • Client-specific testing requirements

Collectors may refuse to perform a collection if safety concerns exist.

DOT Testing Policy

For DOT-regulated testing, Pisits Mobile Drug Testing LLC follows applicable federal regulations including 49 CFR Part 40.

DOT testing includes strict procedures regarding:

  • Identity verification
  • Chain of Custody
  • Collection procedures
  • Observed collections (when required by regulation)
  • Shy bladder procedures
  • Temperature checks
  • Specimen integrity
  • Split specimen requirements
  • Laboratory processing
  • Medical Review Officer review

Pisits Mobile Drug Testing LLC does not determine positive or negative test results.

DOT laboratory findings are reviewed by a qualified Medical Review Officer before results are reported to the employer.

DNA Testing Policy

Pisits Mobile Drug Testing LLC performs specimen collection only unless otherwise stated.

Testing is completed by accredited partner laboratories.

Court-admissible DNA collections require:

  • Valid government identification
  • Photograph (when required)
  • Proper chain-of-custody documentation
  • Witnessed collection
  • Signed authorization documents

Results are issued by the laboratory.

Pisits Mobile Drug Testing LLC cannot alter or influence laboratory findings.

Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT) Policy

Breath alcohol testing is conducted using properly maintained evidential breath testing equipment or approved screening devices when applicable.

Testing follows applicable federal guidelines for DOT testing and applicable laboratory or employer protocols for non-DOT testing.

Clients may not interfere with the testing process.

Refusal to complete testing may be documented according to applicable regulations or employer policy.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior billing arrangements have been established.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit Cards
  • Debit Cards
  • Electronic Payments
  • Business Invoicing (approved accounts)

Returned payments may incur additional fees.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information
  • Arriving on time
  • Presenting valid identification
  • Following collector instructions
  • Completing required paperwork
  • Maintaining respectful behavior

Abusive, threatening, or disruptive conduct may result in termination of services.

Limitation of Liability

Pisits Mobile Drug Testing LLC acts as an independent specimen collection service.

Laboratory analysis, Medical Review Officer determinations, and DNA interpretations are performed by independent qualified laboratories and professionals.

Pisits Mobile Drug Testing LLC is not responsible for laboratory findings, employer employment decisions, court decisions, or delays caused by third-party laboratories or shipping carriers.

Compliance Statement

Pisits Mobile Drug Testing LLC is committed to maintaining compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws governing specimen collection, confidentiality, and workplace testing.

DOT collections are conducted in accordance with applicable provisions of 49 CFR Part 40. Non-DOT testing follows applicable laboratory standards, client requirements, and state law.

Policy Updates

Pisits Mobile Drug Testing LLC reserves the right to modify these policies at any time to remain compliant with changes in federal, state, or local laws, industry standards, and business practices. Updated policies will become effective upon posting to our website.
